Arraignment for suspect in hit-and-run death of cyclist

A 19-year-old San Diego man arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run in connection with the death of a cyclist in Rancho Santa Fe is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday at the Vista Courthouse.
