Paraplegic Skateboarder Crushed By Tractor-Trailer

A 36-year-old paraplegic man riding a skateboard on his stomach hitched a ride on the undercarriage of a tractor-trailer in Ocean Beach early Thursday and wound up being crushed by the vehicle's big wheels, police said.
